1. Introduction & Responsible Party

Stichting Resalttha, Children into Real Life Stream ("Resalttha", "we", "our") takes the privacy of donors, volunteers, partners, and visitors very seriously. We handle personal data in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Implementation Act (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming - AVG).

2. Personal Data We May Collect

Depending on your interaction with our organization, we may process:

• Contact inquiries: Full name, email address, phone number, and message content sent via our contact form or direct email.
• Donation records: Donor name, bank account identifier (IBAN), transaction reference, and date of donation for legal and tax accounting under ANBI requirements.
• Technical server logs: Standard browser request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) strictly for security and system diagnostics.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your information solely for the following legitimate purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries, partnership requests, or questions regarding our charitable programs (Consent / Legitimate interest).
• To administer donations and comply with statutory Dutch tax obligations for recognized ANBI institutions (Legal obligation).
• To maintain website security and integrity (Legitimate interest).

We will NEVER sell, rent, commercialize, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or commercial entities.

4. Retention Periods

We do not retain personal information longer than strictly necessary. Financial and donation records are retained for a statutory period of 7 years as mandated by the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst). General correspondence is removed once an inquiry has been resolved.

Under the GDPR / AVG, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request erasure of your personal data, subject to statutory tax retention laws.
