Stichting Resalttha, Children into Real Life Stream is an independent, non-profit foundation established under the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with statutory seat in Alphen aan den Rijn. The foundation operates solely for public and charitable benefit, without any commercial, profit-seeking, or shareholding motive.
2. Informational Content & Documentation
This website provides official public information regarding the charitable mission, field reports, educational initiatives, agricultural development, and governance of Stichting Resalttha (2001–present). Articles, photographs, and records are published to reflect the authentic heritage and sustained commitments of our foundation.
3. Donations & Financial Stewardship
All contributions received are applied in direct accordance with Article 2 of the Foundation's Articles of Association. Under our standing operating pledge, 100% of public contributions are allocated directly to program support for underprivileged children and sustainable community projects; administrative and governance overheads are covered through designated private patron funding and voluntary board stewardship.
4. Intellectual Property & Image Rights
The textual contents, photographs, and documentary materials hosted on this website are the property of Stichting Resalttha or utilized under permission from project partners. Re-publication for non-commercial educational and humanitarian advocacy purposes is permitted with proper attribution.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law. The competent court of the district of The Hague (Den Haag), the Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
